About the Conference
On April 13-14, 2026, the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satbayev (Satbayev University) will host the International scientific conference «Satbayev International Conference 2026». The conference theme is «Technology & Innovation for Climate Adaptation and Mitigation».
Venue: Almaty, Satpayev str., 22, KazNRTU named after K.Satpayev (Satbayev University)
On April 13, the conference will be held in the following panel sessions:
Panel session 1 - The Future of Climate: Scenarios, Risks and Technological Pathways
Panel Session 2 - Energy, Resources and Global Climate Stability
Panel session 3 – International Cooperation and Climate Responsibility
On April 14, the conference will be held in the following sections:
Section 1. Innovative technologies in the mining and metallurgical industry for adaptation to climate change
Section 2. Geosciences, oil & gas and chemical engineering in the context of sustainable energy and climate change
Section 3. Challenges and prospects of technological development of energy and mechanical engineering in the context of global climate change
Section 4. Smart technologies for sustainable development and climate adaptation
Section 5. Innovative technologies in construction and transport infrastructure for climate change adaptation
Section 6. Sustainable development of transport-logistics systems and digital solutions in transportation engineering
Section 7. Sustainable development: technology economics and management, digital science and education, interdisciplinary dialogue, and engineering heritage

April 13, 2026 is the opening day of the conference and panel sessions.
April 14, 2026 is day of sectional sessions and closing of the conference.
